Title:	中華人民共和國離婚法之修正（下）

Abstract:	"二一年婚姻法關於協議離婚之相關規定,仍然保留一九八年婚姻法之立法精神,惟於二三年十月一日正式實施之婚姻登記條例,關於離婚登記之部分卻有相當進步之改革,例如:一、街道辦事處不再是人民辦理離婚登記之機關;二、於辦理離婚登記時,亦不必提交所在單位或村(居)民委員會出具之介紹信;三、將原來離婚登記在一個月內辦理,改為當場拿到離婚證,充分體現行政工作效率的提高。惟婚姻登記管理條例規定,一個月之審查期間乃作為雙方當事人之考慮期間,使其於此期間重新檢討不合之原因,以免因一時衝動而造成倉促離婚之不幸結果。因此,縮短發給離婚證之期間,不無助長輕率離婚之疑慮。"
