Title:	繼承權之喪失〈二〉--相對失權

Abstract:	一、甲中年喪妻,有一子A。喪妻後,甲與乙女再婚,又得一子B。甲較喜愛B,乃立遺囑指定B之應繼分為遺產之二分之一,惟遺囑上未記明年月日。甲將該遺囑交由乙保管。乙發現該遺囑方式有欠缺,乃擅自補填年月日,問乙是否喪失繼承權?二、承前例,若甲所立之遺囑符合法定方式,惟其後又覺不妥,乃交代乙將該遺囑銷毀。而乙不但未銷毀而且將之隱匿,問乙是否喪失繼承權?
