Abstract:	隨著近年來網際網路的蓬勃發展，網路口碑已成為大眾於購買產品或服務時的主要參考依據，不論是品牌公司、媒體代理商、廣告公關公司或是網路行銷公司，亦紛紛投入市場，使得國內網路口碑產業呈新興待發之趨勢。然而，由於目前國內網路口碑產業中，各個公司在進行網路口碑優化與監控時，呈現不同且多元的樣貌，對於該產業的現況以及網路口碑工作者的行為模式，尚缺乏一個全盤性的研究與探討。因此本研究以資策會創研所發展的服務體驗工程（Service Experience Engineering, SEE）之服務體驗需求洞察方法，針對網路口碑工作者進行脈絡洞察之研究，對於網路口碑工作者的行為模式以及網路口碑的產業生態提出系統化、結構化的分析結果，並將網路口碑資訊使用行為歸納為產品/品牌長期監控、特定活動成效追蹤、高層策略規劃、與專案的靈感來源，以及將網路口碑代理商分為強調發文篇數、著重發文品質、和網路人脈經營三種類型。
