Abstract:	我國近年來的紡織產業的出口額、創匯以及產值於 2004 年達到高峰後，隨即逐年下降。分析紡織產業產值衰退原因，主要為面對中國大陸與東南亞國家的低價勞動成本競爭，讓台灣往昔的成衣產業榮景不再。面對上述競爭，台灣紡織業的發展已進入發展科技與產業結構重整為主的轉型期，發展主力為人造纖維與科技紡織業。在國內民生與國際市場對科技紡織品的廣大需求下，業者開始積極研發新產品來拓展市場。本研究試圖導入服務體驗工程(Service Experience Engineering, SEE)方法，將科技紡織品研發時，由創意發想到創新實踐的顧客價值研究過程進行系統化的整理，並將其中的重要觀念與步驟進行抽象化的提取。本研究透過脈絡洞察法來觀察使用者，建構其行為模型，提供研發團隊完整的流程與工具做參考，以有系統地發展產品設計或服務創新。
