Abstract:	本文為牙科代理商經營策略模式個案分析，由牙科歷史的變化與牙科產業之間相互關係開始說明，文中也說明了台灣全民健康保險與牙科產業的關聯性。個案公司為牙科植體代理商，從代理小品牌植體開始，先練兵勤跑診所，熟悉市場與客戶，找出客戶真正的需求，提供客戶完整的服務進而強大自己。成長後，依其能力代理更好的產品，再利用在地化優勢，深化與客戶之關係。個案公司之經營策略個案分析。
