    Abstract: 有鑑於網路論壇已成為民眾取得輿論資訊的管道之一，民眾對於檔案資訊的瞭解與印象，不免受到網路輿論觀點之影響，為促進民眾檔案資訊素養能力，減少對於檔案議題的誤解。本研究藉由分析網路論壇討論之檔案事件主題，剖析輿情關注之議題及其情感意涵，瞭解民眾對於檔案事業之認知，藉此提出對於民眾檔案素養教育方向及建立檔案輿論回應機制之建議。進一步比較兩岸網路論壇討論之檔案議題及其情感認知之差異，有助於瞭解兩岸檔案社會價值與管理制度之異同，不僅可供我國規劃檔案事業發展方向之參考，亦有助於未來研議因應輿論之對策。
