Abstract:	前言聯合國在2030年永續發展議程（Agenda for Sustainable Development）中提出了永續發展的全球行動框架，制訂該年的17個永續發展目標（Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs，計有169個子目標，是議程的基石。德國的永續發展策略則以2030年議程為基礎，並補充其目標，制定本國的行動框架，而聯邦糧食和農業部（Bundesministerium für Ernährung und Landwirtschaft–BMEL）也致力於採取多項措施，例如：BMEL對非洲的承諾：確保糧食安全和促進成長；改善全球的營養；共同促進糧食安全和營養—與糧農組織成立雙邊信託基金；利用創新的合作研究，為全世界的糧食安全和營養提供動力源泉等國際事務的參與。該部於2020年出版一本名之為「永續發展的責任—糧食、農業和鄉村地區的策略」（Responsibility for Sustainable Development-Strategies for Food, Agriculture and Rural Areas）小冊子，希冀彰顯為實現全球永續發展目標所作的貢獻。在這本簡冊中，包括：美好食物的正確評價、謹慎的資源管理、鄉村地區的美好生活、對世界的責任、數位化契機等五項。本文將簡介如次，並嘗試從中尋找可資借鏡之處。
