    Title: 5G 時代文字媒體破壞式創新分析
    The Distuptive Innovation of Printing Media in the Age of 5G

    Abstract: 5G 與 AR/VR 產業的結合，首重於高畫質影像內容的傳輸，AR/VR 新創著重 4K/8K 內容帶來的高沉浸效果與應用創新的結合。澳洲今年通過新聞媒體與數位平台強制議價法(News Media and Digital Platforms Mandatory Bargaining Code)，展開截然不同的新聞媒體授權時代。美國亦擬推出「新聞競爭與保護法」，目的於設計網路與廣播、印刷媒體共同和 Google、Facebook談判的機制。數位科技一日千里，傳統文字媒體與數位平台相遇，形成各式威脅、機會與挑戰。臺灣蘋果日報紙本(印刷版)已在2021年5月17日發行後，停止紙本發行，之後透過數位平台《蘋果新聞網》提供新聞內容及影音體驗服務。聯合報日前甫慶祝70周年社慶，歷經電腦化、數位化發展的變遷。台灣唯一的國家通訊社中央通訊社，經歷組織改造，1973年改組為股份有限公司，以企業方式經營；隨著民主化發展，1996年依據「中央通訊社設置條例」改制為財團法人，定位為全民共有的國家通訊社。2020年並肩負文化部「國際影音串流平台」計劃。哈佛大學(Harvard University)教授克雷頓．克里斯汀生(Clayton M. Christensen)1990年提出破壞式創新的主張(Bower and Christense, 1995; Christensen,1997; Christensen et al.,2015)，且包含兩種不同的創新情境：維持性創新(Sustaining Innovation)、及破壞性創新(Disruptive Innovation)。台灣自2009年陸續有科技層面的破壞式創新論文出現，有關科技產業的案例分析較多；傳播領域破壞式創新的研究，亟待累積。本文將兼用問卷調查法與深度訪談法，探討台灣文字媒體面臨數位化、人工智慧科技導入，如何進行破壞式創新。
