    Abstract: 古有名言：「夫仁政，必自經界始。」（孟子‧滕文公篇上）而「經界」之確定與標示，乃藉由「地籍測量」以為之；此雖屬測量科學技術之專業，但因亦涉及受憲法保障之人民不動產財產權，是其內含諸多法律議題，且實務上因地籍測量引發之爭議及行政或民事訴訟事件頻起。然而，關於地籍測量法律議題之討論文獻，卻甚為罕見。
