    Abstract: 跑步經濟性(running economy,RE)是中長距離跑者影響運動表現的重要因素。透過訓練後跑者的最大攝氧量的能力進步受限,改善跑步經濟性則是提升運動表現的方式。本文則是針對影響跑步經濟性因素相關研究整理,針對不同因素的影響以及訓練如何改善跑步經濟性,提供未來後續研究及教練做為參考。
    Running economy (RE) is the most factor that affect long distance runner`s performance. By training, we can improve RE but it`s limited to increase VO_(2max). This article is a review of the related factors that influence the running economy. According to the influence of different factors and how training can improve the RE.
