    Abstract: 產業供應鏈的價值主張是協助目標客群實務解決企業痛點方案，並創造獲
    益。因此， 終端客戶的需求與供應鏈的整合非常關鍵。茶園管理為茶產業之源頭，茶園的永續經營對茶產業供應鏈至關重要。 茶產業面臨的挑戰，

    包括近年來的氣候變遷因素，乾旱問題對茶樹生長與茶葉產量的影響， 農業勞動力呈缺工及高齡化趨勢等。推動茶園農機設備現代化有急迫必要性。
    個案公司在茶產業上中下游供應鏈採垂直整合。 近年來產業全球化分工，
    個案公司開始走向區域化的垂直分工與水平分工， 以達到更有效能的優勢，並協調合作廠商共同創造價值鏈的最大化價值。 如何在企業核心競爭力中訂定策略，掌控源頭與先行者優勢， 同時與策略夥伴合作，增加競爭利基，佈局東協及全球市場。

    本論文研究個案 H 公司自 1990 年代起經過多次的轉型，每次的轉型都是創業的初始，透過研究個案公司的創新動能及競爭優勢，提出具體的看法和建議，期許本研究的結果，可提供企業永續發展之參考。
