    Abstract: 摘要
    　　 京典是一間開立超過２０年的傢俱公司，雖然經營時間很久了，但是一直都沒有針對過去行銷策略的改變進行分析與探討，此篇論文就是用邱志聖老師於2002年提出的『策略行銷分析架構』探討京典在這一段時間中所轉型改變的策略。
    透過『策略行銷分析架構』探討京典未來的路線與發展方向。
