    Abstract: 2020年版運輸政策白皮書中揭露，依據聯合國貿易和發展會議(UNCTAD)統計，2018 年臺灣為全球第 11 大船東國，在海運業界中，台灣擁有長榮、陽明、萬海等世界知名貨櫃航商，以及慧洋、裕民等具規模之上市散裝航運公司。這是一個高度連結景氣循環的產業，需要應對全球運營和全球競爭市場，確保船舶能夠運載貨物到世界各地。此外，海運業還有各種不同的貨物運輸方式，包括分貨櫃、散裝和油化輪，以及不同的船型、區域航線和載運產品。過去，船舶融資主要由歐洲銀行主導，但2008年金融海嘯後，這些銀行紛紛退出，中資租賃公司開始崛起。相較於國外銀行或金融機構，台灣銀行業對海運業的融資比較保守，對船舶融資的承作較少。這是因為海運業被定義為資本支出大、經營風險高的產業，船舶做為擔保品之債權掌握不易。儘管台灣有世界級的海運公司，但卻沒有相應的世界級船舶融資機構。因此，本研究以台灣C公司為例，探討船舶融資業務之授信評估模式，如何有效控管風險，進而拓展全球船舶融資業務之策略。
