    Abstract: 本計畫社會顯：（1）蒙難新聞人為民主進程中付出代價，經由史料呈現讓真相見天日。（2）解嚴後人們多不知缺乏言論自由難處，呈現史料讓人們透過瞭解來時路，或能更珍惜言論自由。（3）再現記者歷史紀錄，或可讓人們對於這個行業有更多瞭解。本計畫對學術發展貢獻如下：（1）建構並累積戰後臺灣新聞人史料。（2）將檔案研究方法應用至新聞史研究場域。（3）導入群像研究取徑於新聞史研究領域，開闢新研究視野。
