    Abstract: 隨著國際局勢的發展、綠能政策的推動、消費型態的轉變與資訊科技的創新,直接與間接地影響全球供應鏈的變化,對於物流產業而言,客戶的服務需求也變得愈趨複雜,為能滿足服務各不同類型客戶,各第三方物流公司致力發展出符合自身的多樣性與規模化的作業型態模式以因應,本研究即欲針對此現象,並以H公司作為個案,分析一實體公司為如何因應這局勢的變化來規劃相關的策略,擴大自身的優勢,以在物流產業中持續領先同業。
