    Abstract: 本研究在討論 5G NR 私有網路應用在 AIoT於智慧大樓的實際案例。 5G私有網路係指專用的 5G 網絡又稱為5G專網,為特定應用場景提供高度可控制性和自主性及安全性。這種網絡設計允許業主完全掌控網絡資源,以滿足特定應用的需求,特別是在需要高速數據傳輸、低延遲和大規模連接的場景。
    在5G AIoT 智慧大樓的應用中,5G 專網發揮了重要作用。例如,智慧大樓的感測器、監視器、照明和空調系統等設備可以通過 5G 專網實現高效的互聯,進而實現更智慧化的大樓管理。本研究針對某5G私有網路(專網)智慧大樓專案進行智慧安全、智慧環境監測、智慧停車及智慧能源管理等四大系統,進行實作及應用,探討5G專網之導入策略、挑戰、風險評估及相關問題,用以達成智慧大樓導入5G專網之成果及效益,並提供相關產業或業者帶來之導入建議及參考。
    This study explores the practical application of 5G NR private networks in AIoT for smart buildings. 5G NR private networks refer to dedicated 5G networks, also known as 5G private networks, providing high controllability, autonomy, and security for specific application scenarios. This network design allows owners complete control over network resources to meet the specific needs of applications, especially in scenarios requiring high-speed data transmission, low latency, and massive connectivity.

    In the application of 5G AIoT in smart buildings, 5G NR private networks play a crucial role. For example, devices such as sensors, monitors, lighting, and air conditioning systems within smart buildings can efficiently interconnect through 5G private networks, enabling a more intelligent building management. This study actively participated in a 5G NR private network smart building project. The project involved the implementation and application of 5G private networks in four major systems: smart security, smart environmental monitoring, smart parking, and smart energy management. The study investigates the implementation strategies, challenges, risk assessments, and related issues in the adoption of 5G private networks, aiming to achieve the outcomes and benefits of introducing 5G private networks in smart buildings. Additionally, the study provides recommendations and references for relevant industries or stakeholders considering the adoption of 5G private networks.
