    Abstract: 本文在探討國內網路使用者對網路購物之態度與使用經驗,研究方法採質化之焦點團體座談會,民國八十八年於台北、台中、高雄,民國八十九年於台北、台中、高雄、花蓮分別舉辦八場,透過深入的互動與討論,瞭解受訪對象透過網際網路蒐集商品資訊之模式、對電子商店的印象、從事與不從事網路購物的原因、對未來網路發展的看法以及比較網路購物與零售、型錄管道之間的優劣異同。
    This study aims to explore internet users` attitude and usage of internet shopping in Taiwan. Data was collected via focus group discussion in 1999 and 2000 conducted in four major cities in Taiwan. The researcher discussed internet users` information browsing and product purchasing experience, impression of electronic stores, purchase motives and satisfaction, non-purchase consideratons, purchase experience with catalogue and TV home shopping and compared the internet with other existing purchase channels.
