Title:	公共關係活動效果初探--閱聽人對公益廣告的認知與學習效果研究

Abstract:	本研究旨在尋找預測閱聽人學習公益廣告（又稱公共服務性廣告）效果的變項。學習效果反映在(1)回憶公益廣告主題，(2)了解公益廣告內容上。研究結果發現年齡與記憶因素最能影響公益廣告效果。閱聽人對於電視公共事務報導的注意程度可以增加對公益廣告宣導效果的覺醒(awareness)，但對於進一步的內容了解(comprehension)則無多大影響。此外，本研究亦將「世界觀」(world views)納?預測效果的變項之一，結果發現，相信世界是可以被探求、了解，且不持宿命觀的人，會對電視公共事務報導付較多注意力，因而間接影響公益廣告學習效果。
