    Abstract: 本研究之目的為編製一份可篩檢出台灣地區高憂鬱青少年的量表。研究目的為 :(1)找出台灣地區青少憂鬱症的重要症狀,作為量表內容;(2)編製量表題目,並進行項目分析與信效度考驗;(3)探索新編量表之預測效度,並訂定量表之臨界分數。研究結果顯示此量表之 31個題項均可有效鑑別高憂鬱與低憂鬱組,整份量表之內部一致性信度為0.86。間隔兩週的再測信度 0.76。以因素分析、效標關聯、以及對照團體法檢驗效度,結果顯示此量表有不錯的內容效度以及同時性效度,可有效區辨出不同憂鬱程度之受試,具有篩選出高憂鬱青少年之功能。在此量表上得分達19分及以上者,須轉介由精神科專業人員進行診斷,給予進一步協助。
    To develop an inventory for screening depressive adolescents in Taiwan, this study aimed to (1)investigate the important symptoms of adolescent depression in Taiwan;(2)determine the items of this inventory according to the results of the first part and analyze the psychometric characteristics;(3)explore the diagnostic validity of the inventory and determine the cutoff score. The main results are as follows:(1)All of the 31 items can effectively discriminate high form low depressive groups;(2)The internal consistency reliability coefficient is 0.86. The test-retest reliability for a retest interval of 2 weeks is 0.76;(3)Correlations between the score of Adolescent Depression Inventory and Children’s Depression Inventory, Life Condition Scale, and the Suicidal Probability Inventory are significantly positive. The correlation between the scores of this inventory and the Coping Scale is significantly negative. (4)The score of the depressive group is significantly higher than the delinquency and normal groups;the score of the delinquency group is significantly higher than the normal group. Based on the results mentioned above, the screening function of this inventory is good. (5)Subjects with a score of 19 and above should be referred to psychiatric professionals for appropriate help.
