    Title: 老人休閒活動之調查研究

    Abstract: 供老人適當局休閒活動必領先了解老人休閒活動的情形，本研究目的在探討老人經常參加的休閒活動內容、時間、地賄、間伴典活動目的，閑時瞭解老人希望�加的休閑活動與宋能如厭的原因。本研究撩開卷訪問調查方式，計得台北市六十五歲以上老人有教援本781人。資料處理是以人次、百分比、等般來計算，分jl]探討老人依其性別、年齡、草書姻狀況、教育程度、職業、生活費來海和數量、居住地照和狀沈、身體不舒服部位等基本資料，以得知其參加休閒活動的情形。研究結果顯示，老人經常穆加的前十項休閒活動依次為:看電觀、散步、閱讀書報、幫忙家里，、拜訪朋友、照顧孫子女、聽收音機、種花圖書昌、宗教活動、爬山等。活動時問今為獨自一人，活動的目的多為打發時間，其次是鍛練身體、增加量哥知等。老人希望參加而很少參加的前五項休閒活動依次為1i1f行、爬山、拜訪朋文、看電影戲規、種花園禽等，其未能如廟的原因參第體力不是和經濟問題。 The purpose of this study was investigate how the elderly in Taipei City to participate their leisure activities. The subjects were 781 randomly selected from those whose age were above 65 years old. The Ss were interviewed by the well-trained interviewers， and Questionnaire on Leisure Activities of Aging was given to them. The frequency，proportion， and rank were used for data analysis. The results of this study were: (1)ten of the most frequent leisure activities that the elderly participate were watching television， walking， reading， house keeping， visiting， taking care of grandchildren， listening radio， gardening， religious activities， and climbing; (2)The participation time was early morning， evening， or unfixed time， and the places were their home and neighborhood; (3) the purpose of their participation mostly were killtime and physical exercise for health; and (4) five of the least frequent but most favorite activities were travel， climbing， visiting， seeing movie， and gardening， because of their physical and financial problems.
