    Abstract: 本文以「開放取用」作為立論的出發點，討論此一理念在三個面向上的實踐：「開
    放取用期刊」、「機構典藏」與「自我典藏」；我們並且提出「網路民主」與「學
    術自主」兩項理念作為以上作為的理論基礎。此外，我們針對學者自身的「自我
    典藏」做深入的論述並討論其進行的步驟。最後，我們論證參與「機構典藏」與
    「自我典藏」應是國立大學教師與研究員的義務，校方除宣導與鼓勵外，仍應採
    取強制作為。
