Title:	大陸網際網路發展現況之研究

Abstract:	今（2003）年7月21日中共官方「中國互聯網絡信息中心」的調查統計，截至6月底止，大陸網民人數達到6,800萬人，較去年年底的5,910萬人，增加約九百萬人，僅次於美國，而高於第三位的日本。大陸網民的特徵結構以男性、未婚、25歲以下、專科及以下教育程度、月收入不到二千元等成為主流群體。在職業方面，學生、專業技術人員仍然是網民主體。撥號上網是網民上網的主要方式，家裡則是網民上網的主要地點。本文就中共官方過去六年多來，針對大陸網際網路事業的發展及上網用戶所做的十二次調查資料，整理出當前大陸網民結構的變動趨向，包括網民的特徵結構、上網途徑、上網行為，乃至於網民的地區差距等，作一綜合研析，藉以探索大陸網路及網民未來發展的可能方向。
