Introduction: The International Master's Program in Taiwan Studies (IMTS) aims to bring a broad interdisciplinary humanistic and economic focus to the study of the complex society in Taiwan. The IMTS Program is designed to be a two-year English-taught program that provides an intensive exposure to the politics, economy, space and environment, cultural and social formations of Taiwan.This program merged with "International Master's Program in China Studies" (IMCS) in 2009 as "International Master's Program in Asia-Pacific Studies"(IMAS)台灣研究英語碩士學程
