    Abstract: 經濟全球化不僅已成為現代經濟趨勢，且其對兩岸經貿關係的影響亦日益明顯。雖然政府部門對臺商大陸投資行為採取有限度開放措施，儘管中共當局對臺商大陸投資積極吸引與優惠，皆促成臺商大陸投資持續成長，但實際上經濟全球化趨勢、特質與現象，才能真正詮釋臺商大陸投資行為、策略與布局。臺商與跨國企業策略聯盟不僅能發揮語言、文化優勢，且是進入大陸市場並與國際接軌的平台和介面。而結合本土化策略與多角化經營，亦有助於深耕大陸市場。臺商投資大陸區位變遷既反映中共區域發展政策調整，其所投資形成之集聚效應與產業鏈，亦有利在全球化激烈的價格與品質競爭中掌握優勢。兩岸經貿行為實已跨越政策限制與主權意涵，但政治張力與衝擊仍將制約經濟資源使用效率的提升，並影響臺商投資行為的策略與布局思考。2004總統大選後臺商大陸投資強化西進與本土化作為即是實例。值得執政當局關注與省思。
