    This business plan presents an overview of the Cyber Village that serves as the product diversification strategy coping with technology and consumer’s behavior changes nowadays. The project concerns offering online English learning environment in the Taiwan market. The business plan begins with a brief summary of the project and the company, followed by a detailed description of the product features. The plan then provides a summary of the market analysis and thereby, the entry and growth strategies, along with pricing and sales strategies. The plan concludes with a project team introduction and the financial summary.
