    Title: 台北發展成國際金融中心之條件分析並以台北、上海、香港為例進行實證研究

    Abstract: 近十年來的通訊科技快速進步以及金融產業自由化、全球化，促使FDI在銀行產業快速的成長，而這種銀行業FDI在過去限制繁多的亞洲地區也不例外的快增長快速。然而，在亞洲最普遍的銀行業FDI的方法為在當地設立分支機構，故導致亞洲國家被大量的外國銀行駐進與投資，因此也造就了亞洲許多金融中心的興起。
    我們將在本文以台北、上海與香港為例討論國際金融中心的形成條件與種類，並以此三地的外國銀行作實證研究，探討吸引外國銀行前來投資的條件為何。最後，對於台北成為國際金融中心提出相關建議。
