    Title: 中國宏觀調控之研究──共整合分析

    Abstract: 中國自1978年改革開放30年來，歷經5次超過2位數高經濟成長率，中國政府為了穩定經濟，在面對國家經濟過熱時，採取了“宏觀調控”政策來穩定經濟。為了配合中國自計劃經濟體制轉型的國情，宏觀調控政策在1980年代及1990年代運用了較多行政手段為經濟降溫，這也是中國宏觀調控政策和西方穩定經濟政策最大不同之處。
    一般而言，政府治理國家經濟的方式兩大手段，為貨幣政策與財政政策，因此，本文首先分析中國歷次宏觀調控政策後，再以中國主要的宏觀調控政策，即貨幣政策及財政政策，加上代表政府行政干預管制的投資政策，進行共整合分析與向量誤差修正模型，觀察主要宏觀調控政策是否能有效影響到中國產出的波動。結果發現，中國政府在操作貨幣政策以及投資政策之政策工具時，確實可以撫平產出之波動，而中國財政政策上，尚處於運用在中國總體經濟結構的調控，因此中國政府在運用財政政策穩定經濟上成效較有限。
