    Title: 從耐撞性(resilience)的角度看國中後段班學生的學習動機及生活適應

    Abstract: 本研究主要是從耐撞性的角度來看在國中後段班這種不利於發展的環境中，究竟有哪些因子的作用使得後段班某些學生免於放棄，而能發展出較好的適應狀態以及維持良好的學習動機。
    本研究以國二後段班的學生為受試對象，有效樣本為236人。研究使用的工具為「生活問卷」、「自尊量表」「生活壓力事件」、「內外控量表」、「家庭氣氛量表」五個量表。
    研究的結果發現：耐撞性組的「自尊」、「同臍關係」、「家庭氣氛」都比危險組來得好，且耐撞性組有較少的「生活壓力事件」及外控傾向。
    其次，對整體適應而言，「自信」、「父母重視程度」、「父母期望水準」、「負向自我看法」都是重要的解釋變項，顯示如果一個後段班學生有較高的自信、較少的負向自我看法且受到父母重視，父母對學生仍有期望，則整個適應較好。
    對學習態度（不論積極或負向）而言，父母重視程度、父母期望水準、自尊的兩個因素（自信、負向自我看法）、同儕關係的兩個因素（合作程度、干擾性）都是重要的解釋變項。顯示雖然在學校是弱勢的一員，若父母能重視且期望有所表現，而本身有較高自尊，再加上同學問能彼此合作，則對學習的態度會較積極。
    對生活適應而言，自尊的兩個因素是重要的解釋變項，顯示若有較高自尊，則可能有較好的生活適應。
    根據研究結果提出以下的建議：1.加強學生的自尊。2.父母所扮演的角色，也就是父母對學生能重視且有所期望。3.在同儕間營造出讀書的風氣。
