Abstract:	本研究針對半導體產業IC 設計中的SIP(矽智產)的技術市場的形成、音樂唱片市場及圖書出版市場交易模式的發展歷程為觀察樣本，研究發現在內容型知識商品方面：影響交易模式的技術主要可以分為產品技術以及流通技術，前者的技術推進主要在改變產品的形式與品質，使產品亦於量產而使知識市場真於成熟，穩定既有的交易關係，後者則在改變交易對象之間互動的方式，有助於買方商品資訊搜尋成本的降低，二種技術的發展有著對應與互補的關係。在影響交易模式的體制部分，智慧財產法律的規定促使第三者團體的出現以協助知識商品價值的決定並降低協商成本。在技術型知識商品方面，產業技術方展的方向同樣在促使知識商品可以重複使用而量產化，使市場存在，而影響交易模式的關鍵因素則在於技術型商品本身的策略性定位，交易模式著重在技術商品資訊本身的揭露度及保密性，專利法的制度架構提供了技術知識商品產權範圍的界定，使協商過程較具規範性，降低了議價成本。 Research findings in the content-type knowledge-based products is that the technology which affects transaction models can be further identified as product technology and circulate technology. On the other hand, in the institution part affecting the transaction models, following the IPR laws, the third party emerges to help the determination of the value of the knowledge-based products and lower the negotiation cost. For the technology-type knowledge-based products, in addition to that, the institution structure of patent laws provides the scope of the property rights of products, which lower the negotiation cost as well.
