    Abstract: 本研究訪問大陸、香港及台灣的2634位新聞人員,目的在了解他們的背景、教育程度、基本訓練及專業價值觀.這是首次在兩岸三地進行的新聞人員比較研究.
    This study is based on a survey of 2634 working journalists in China, Hong and Taiwan. The purpose of the study was to examine journalists' basic characteristics, their education and training, their working conditions and their professional values. It is the first comparative study which attempts to provide a comprehensive portrait of the journalists in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
