    Abstract: 本計劃探討國際企業在國際市場上擴張時，在什麼情形下會受到較大的成長限制。過去的相關文獻的主要論點為, 不同的擴張活動會需求不同程度的管理資源，導致企業會因其擴張活動或模式的不同而受到不同程度的成長限制。有於前述論文, 本計劃探討企業在國際擴張的過程中，因為培養新管理資源的組織能力有異，而可能會受到不同程度成長限制的情形, 並計劃以實證的方式驗證假說。
