    Abstract: 本劇作改編自漢成帝丞相翟方進因天象自殺，以塞災異的真實歷史事件，藉此描繪中國古代政治天文學及當代歷史的奇特詭譎之處，俾期能夠引起讀者對該段歷史的好奇，兼且於歷史改編電影劇本領域中收投路石之效。

    本文共分《熒惑守心》劇本、創作論述及附錄等三部份，在創作論述中說明《熒惑守心》劇本之創作背景與歷程，其中包括介紹星占學在中國古代政治中所發揮的重要功能；其次為劇本之人物與情節研究，探討如何將歷史人物改編成電影人物、以及最終的回顧與結論。附錄則為本劇之分場大綱。
