| Abstract: | 創業投資是扮演了產業推手的角色，他們利用資源，協助創業家達成創業之目的，進而替大眾謀取更好的生活。創業投資家承擔了創業家們初期的風險，提供營運所需資金，並在適當時刻收割成果，求得最大的資金回收報酬，「創業投資」就是在進行高風險，高報酬的商業活動。
創業投資從美國開始，在二十世紀的初期風靡了日本與台灣，如今隨著市場機會的轉移與大陸創業風潮的興盛，創投業者將目標轉向了中國大陸，希望從中選得適當標的並且獲利，但在中國市場機會甚多，怎樣的標的才是值得投資？
現有大陸的創投活躍類型，可分為外資創投、民資創投與政府創投。三種類型的對於市場的判斷、投資的決策思考，對於選擇標的有極大影響，本研究對於此三種類型進行實地訪談，瞭解各類型現有投資決策與標的，同時歸納未來的投資標的方向。 |
