    Abstract: 本研究之目的為編製一份適合本校學生的身心健康測驗,並可運用在
    篩檢高危機學生的量表。本研究並著重於兩大重點:一為藉由測驗篩檢出
    「心理危機學生」,提供早期預防的心理介入與輔導,二為瞭解本校98學
    年度全校大一新生入學後的身心適應狀態。本研究主要以本校98學年度
    大一新生2137 人為研究對象,資料分析以描述統計、內部一致性α、RASCH
    Model、LISREL 分析等統計方法進行分析。
    本研究的主要發現如下:
    一、本研究發展出的量表,包含兩部分,一是『生活適應量表』,主
    要是測量大學生在一般生活中的適應情形;一是『身心危機量表』,兩部
    分均有高的信度及效度,因此本研究將此量表命名為『大學生生活適應與
    健康量表』。
    二、受試樣本的測驗結果顯示出,本校大一學生在生活適應部分是在
    中度適應程度,其中在時間管理的適應最不佳,其次是生涯、學習、情緒、
    及自我價值部分,對於家庭及感情的適應則較無不適應情形。
    三、受試樣本的測驗結果顯示出,本校大一學生在『身心危機量表』
    上的得分偏低,表示本校大一學生較少出現自我傷害、精神疾病症狀及憂
    鬱等狀況。
    四、透過切截分數的選定,發現本量表可用以篩檢出高危機組的學生,
    其在生活適應各向度上均較不適應、在身心不健康方面也都較不健康,有
    較高的危機可能性。
    最後,根據本研究之主要發現提出若干意見,以供相關機構與未來研究
    之參考。
    The purpose of this study was to compile the scale about physical and
    psychological condition to fit students in NCCU and to inspect the high-risk
    students. This study focuses on two major points: First, to inspect high-risky
    students by the scale and to provide early intervention and prevention of
    psychological counseling. Second, to understand the physical and
    psychological condition with freshmen in NCCU. The participants were 2137
    freshmen in NCCU. The applied analysis methods were Descriptive Statistic 、
    Cronbach`s α、RASCH Model、LISREL Analysis.
    The main finding of this study were as follows:
    1. The scale was to contain two parts: First, “Life adaptation scale” to
    measure students’ adaptation in daily life. Second, “Physiology and
    psychology crisis scale” to measure students’ unhealthy physiological and
    psychological condition. Two parts have a high reliability and validity. This
    study named the scale “College students’ adaptation and health scale”.
    2. The participants were in medium degree with adaptation in daily life and
    were not best in time management, next were the career, the study, the
    mood, the self-value. However the participants have adapted to the
    family and the love.
    3. The participants got lower scores in ”Physiology and psychology crisis
    scale. The result indicated that the freshmen little had the self-injury, the
    psychological illness and melancholy.
    4. By selecting the cut-point, this research discovered that the high-risk
    students adapted badly in every side of life and got lower physiological
    and psychological health. The high-risk students had the high crisis
    possibility.
    Finally, after discussion, some suggestions were proposed for other
    organization and further studies.
