Abstract:	本研究探討民進黨執政後十個月內的核四新聞框架，檢視其遊戲框架與議題發展過程的關係。內容分析五家報紙中與核四相關之報導後，主要發現為：遊戲框架比例和議題發展中的事件性質有關，即議題發展過程中出現的標記事件可能產生輸方與贏方時，遊戲框架比例較高。當記者成為主要發言者時，遊戲框架詮釋公共議題的比例較高。雖然框架性質和議題發展中的事件性質有關，但當標記事件過後一段時間，遊戲框架的比例回復到常數。
