Abstract:	依據行政院知識經濟發展方案「檢討現行教育體系，加強創新及再學習能力之培養」暨行政院第六次全國科技會議「培養具創造力之人才」等議題，創造力與創新能力之培育為國家發展之重要關鍵，亦為教育工作之未來推動重點。為具體貫徹此一任務，遂有本計劃之產生。本計劃屬「創造力教育政策白皮書」總計劃下的一個子計劃，擬從幼教層面去探討與規劃創造力之相關問題與政策。本研究的主要目的在了解我國幼教領域推展創造力之現況，進而規劃幼教領域創造力發展之政策目標、策略與具體方案，以供我國創造力教育政策白皮書之參考。
