Abstract:	網路虛擬環境是現今數位內容產業熱中的話題之一。利用電腦繪圖所構成的虛擬世界（如Second Life 或3D 線上遊戲），吸引了許多成年人及青少年進入其中一探究竟。一般而言，在虛擬世界中，使用者透過虛擬替身（Avatar）與他人發生互動。然而，現有的虛擬環境中，虛擬替身的互動多不包含情緒的表達，且預設的人際關係皆為朋友。另外，在虛擬環境中的NPC（Non-Player Character）大多屬於具特殊功能的NPC，只能執行單調且重複的任務，無法與使用者產生似人與人之間自然的互動。如虛擬替身間或與NPC 間可以依照當時情緒，且根據個體之間的社會關係，選擇符合兩人之間的對話，將有助於整體虛擬環境真實性的提高。因此，本研究在自行設計的多人虛擬環境系統－ IMNET 平台上，藉由模擬內心情緒、社會關係和設計個體的互動模組，產生情緒參數，再加上兩人之間社會關係參數的計算，讓NPC 能在不同的情緒狀態下，根據與周遭其他虛擬替身或NPC 的關係選擇對話及動畫，提昇虛擬環境的擬真性。藉由設計客製化的使用者互動介面，我們希望使用者也能藉由虛擬替身表達出情感和社會關係，使其更有身歷其境的感受。
