    摘要: 近年來全球資訊網、電子商務及電子化服務等技術與應用的快速進展，對包括金融服務業在內的各種產業帶來衝擊及機會，如何提供線上即時、個人化、全功能的全球資訊網個人投資理財決策支援服務，不只是迫切的市場需求，且是一個關鍵性的學術及實務應用課題。本研究的目的即在提出一套全球資訊網智慧型決策支援系統的架構及作業流程，並將此一架構及流程應用於個人化的財務管理服務，同時也將建置原型系統，以驗證所提架構、流程及方法的可行性與績效。
    The rapid advancement of the World-Wide-Web, electronic commerce, and electronic services technologies in recent years has exerted impacts on and brought opportunities to almost all industries including financial services business. How to provide online, real-time, personalized, and full-function decision support services on the web environment to facilitate personal financial planning and investment is not only a fast emerging market demand, but also a critical academic as well as professional issue. The goal of this research is to propose a system architecture and operational process of web-based intelligent decision support systems for personalized financial management services. A prototype system will also be developed to validate the feasibility and performance effectiveness of the proposed architecture, process and methodologies.
