Abstract:	本研究探討如何運用資訊科技，以促進及落實新的教育典範所鼓勵的建構學習行為。過去有關線上學習的主流研究傾向過份簡化的「技術理性」，多將學生的學習視為「黑箱」或系統，往往忽略了學生的個別差異、動態及社會的學習活動、及許多情境因素的影響，或許是導致結論的不穩定性的部分原因。本研究假定，在老師的教學行為和學生的學習行為沒有發生根本的改變（典範移轉）、學習動機（投入）沒有被激發出來時，提升專業學習和創造力的許多努力和效果，可能會不如預期或難以持續。本計畫嘗試以開放式軟體逐步發展一適用在高等教育專業院系課程教學的建構習環境，並進行一連串以如何促進專業學習和創造力為課程發展標的的個案研究。
