當今企業必須變革並力求突破,以創造競爭優勢。欲達此一目標,首先就必須從企業再生工程出發,對舊有的制度流程重新考量,而在再生工程中,對於位居樞紐的資訊系統更應有新的思考方向及系統轉型之概念。本研究主要針對企業組織面臨資訊系統架構迅速變動時,當從舊系統架構轉型至新系統時,如何面對與解決隨之而來的阻礙與問題,而Intranet具備有開發性、可整合分散性環境,因而提出以Intranet為系統轉型工具之可行性考量,希望能瞭解國內企業以Intranet為系統轉型工具之實施狀況及提出一實施系統轉型之概念性模式。 The business process reengineering (BPR) is playing a innovative and pivotal role in shaping and influencing business success. One of the central themes of BPR is the totally rethinking of the status of information systems, for certain situation, however, system migration is inevitable. This research focuses on several issues of Intranet-based organizational IS migration, relative topics included: the change of IS architecture, strategy and method for IS migration, the problem and retardation of IS migration. It is our conclusion that Intranet can create ideal environment to facilitate IS migration with respect to its supreme capability in the integration of distributed resource and multimode data. Finally, we propose a conceptual model to be a guideline for gaining better result for organizations when engaging IS migration.
