本研究主要係發展一個知識整合能力模式，探討知識吸收能力與合作能力對跨公司知識整合能力的影響，以及知識整合能力與創新績效的關係。本文所提之研究架構是以知識基本理論為基礎，並以科技產業及知識密集的服務業做為問卷調查的對象，所收集的資料透過探索性分析與結構模式分析來驗證研究架構，結果發現吸收能力中，知識蓄積與知識應用兩構面，以及合作能力中，信任、溝通與協調三個構面分別影響系統化與互動協調兩種知識整合能力，並且吸收能力與合作能力係透過知識整合能力的中介影響技術與管理創新績效。 In this study, a model of knowledge integration capability is developed, which is used to explore the relationship among absorptive capacity, cooperative competence, knowledge integration capability and organizational innovation performance. The conceptual model of the research is developed from knowledge-based view of the theory of the firm. The model and research hypotheses are tested on a sample of high-tech companies and knowledge-intensive service companies through exploratory and confirmatory phases. The findings reveal that the two constructs (storage, application) of absorptive capacity and the three constructs (trust, communication, coordination) of cooperative competence influence the two constructs (system capability, coordination capability) of knowledge integration capability. And under the mediation of knowledge integration capability, absorptive capacity and cooperative competence both influence the performance of technology and management innovation.
