    Abstract: 異質資訊整合(Heterogeneous Information Integration)在資訊資源管理(Information Resources Management)領域中，自階層模式、網路模式、關聯模式、物件模式、網頁模 式、XML 模式等等，經歷多次多層多元的轉換(Transformation)和對應(Mapping)。由集 中式資料庫、分散式資料庫、聯邦資料庫、網際網路資料庫、資料倉儲、物件資料庫、 物件關聯資料庫、XML 資料庫等，歷經綱要、索引、橋接的介面和解譯。這些再再都 企圖分析和解決異質資料交換與整合的研究議題。 本研究計劃分為兩年期，以資訊內容為核心，將異質網際網路資訊資源整合 (Web-based Heterogeneous Information Integration)為議題，以母型資料(MetaData)和母型 模式(MetaModel) 將語言(Language) 和語意(Semantics) 分別就其學名結構(Generic Construct) 、區域綱要(Local Schema)、區域本體論(Local Ontology) 、全域綱要(Global Schema) 、全域本體論(Global Ontology)進行分析和解構，以新建雙向轉換和對應與整 合的方法和程序。 本研究計劃分為兩年，第一年將以建立網際網路異質資訊整合之Wrapper 和 Mediator 與Data Source 三層模型架構為主，進行以XML 產業標準為基礎之雙向轉換和 對應，透過XQuery 與SQL，以及XML 模式、物件模式和關聯模式的區域綱要與全域 綱要，研發第一階段之綱要和語言的異質資訊整合模型與方法。第二年將以建立網際網 路異質資訊整合之XML Schema 和RDF Schema 與Ontology 三層模型架構為主，進行以 RDF 和Ontology 為基礎之雙向轉換和對應，研發以語意和推論為主的區域本體論和全 域本體論的第二階段之異質資訊整合模型與方法。第一年和第二年研究計劃將整合為以 模式透通和延展、語言轉譯和解構、語意查詢和搜尋與擷取的異質資訊內容整合之整體 架構、模型與雛型系統。
