Abstract:	本書以「整合」的觀念重新詮釋管理的意義，並發展出「管理矩陣」的架構，以圖像化的方式協助讀者有效吸納、靈活運用，並有系統地累積各種管理理論的觀點以及實務上的做法。　　目標與價值前提、環境認知與事實前提、決策與行動、創價流程、能力與知識、有形與無形資源等，是本書所稱的「六大管理元素」。　　這六大管理元素不僅是各級管理者面對組織內外時，必須整合的標的，而且在完成管理任務的過程中，也是重要的整合工具。　　本書作者依據此六大管理元素建構了管理矩陣，也將管理理論中，經典而核心的概念，歸納至此六大管理元素中，為讀者進行深入淺出的闡述與例示。　　本書不僅有助於讀者全面瞭解當前的重要管理思想，而且讀者也可以運用管理矩陣的架構與思維模式，對未來各種可能出現的管理思想與管理方法，進行精準而深入的解析、驗證、學習，並將它們整合至自己的思想體系之中。
