    Abstract: 為學創業，為人生大事，均應確立目標，持之以恆，始能有成。
    本人曾編《山東人在台灣》叢書，計18厚冊，精裝，共500萬言，分別介紹4,000多位山東人在台灣奮鬥成功的鄉親，也親自聆聽200多位艱苦奮鬥成功的故事，印象深刻。
    以上所述，雖多為老生常談，但據個人觀察經驗，凡遵守上述原則者，從未見一人失敗；而未能信守上述原則者，亦未見一人成功。肺腑之言，願與同學共勉。
