    Abstract: 本文以透過座談會方式,問卷調查方式及以策略架構來探討,國內不動產教育界,在面臨多變的不動產市場應作怎樣的修正及因應。將不動產教育為中心,利用策略思考的架構,SWOT分析,五力分析,策略矩陣分析,及策略九說,來擬定台灣不動產教育未來的策略作為。不動產教育界所面臨的外部挑戰,主要是來自於,不動產實務界有許多新的業務及機會,而不動產教育界的教學內容及師資在迎合新事務需求方面仍有努力的空間。是以不動產教育界的首要策略作為是要能將教學與實務發展作結合;在現有教育體制下,聯合大學內各相關系所,形成不動產管理教育學程,是最容易整合資源並達成訓練滿足市場人力需求的好方法。成立不動產管理研究所,著重在國內議題的研究,也是應當要做的。其次是要培養更多樣化的師資,這一方面可藉由鼓勵學子出國念博士來達成;加強研究能力及風氣,資料庫的建立尤其重要;推展國際及與大陸學界交流;將現有實務界所開滿足現存市場需求的進修課程納入學校教育;加強不動產管理人才的訓練。
    In this research, we use round table meeting, questionnaire survey, and strategic analysis framework, to analyze how real estate education should adapt new strategies to meet new challenges from the market. The main strategic analysis frameworks are SWOT, Porter's Five Power, and Wu's "Nine Strategic Rules". We find the most important thing that real estate education needs to do is to create new courses to fit the need of the market. The best way to achieve this goal is to combine different departments in a university to form a real estate management program. To directly establish a new master program is another way. We find to courage students to pursue Ph.D. degree in a country like, U.S.A. is a good way to have more new faculty equipped with new real estate knowledge. To establish data base is the most fundamental work needed to be done in order to improve real estate research.
