    Abstract: 為因應經濟全球化的競爭趨勢，落實「國家發展重點計畫」國家經濟建設理想，發展台灣為「高附加價值的製造中心」，協助企業面臨二十一世紀全球化、知識化及網路化時代，及對於產業環境資訊服務的需求，以建置台灣產業環境的資訊服務機制，促進台灣工業用地發展及協助突破現今經營瓶頸，展現台灣產業環境於全球化競爭下的優勢及資訊服務。透過本計畫建立產業用地需求交易平台，供企業對於工業用地供給資訊的需求，進而建置國內工業用地資訊多元及創新的供給服務機制，以因應產業結構變遷需求，活化工業區供需市場，吸引核心產業群鏈生根台灣，厚植產業發展實力。 The Internet Information Service Systems is the project`s main task. How to service the users? What information should be make? How to set up the Web Page Service would be the most important tasks.
