Title:	工業區開發管理通報系統維護與推廣(第三年)

Abstract:	政府如何讓工業區相關開發、管理之資訊充分流通，提供廠商、民眾更為便利的行政服務，實為行政革新與便民服務的當務之急。因此本計畫希冀以各種資訊技術與服務設施，進行各項為民服務業務，以及管理資訊系統的連線整合與資訊分享，提供創新服務。此外，也希望借助資訊與通信網路連線的優勢，能衍生新的為民服務業務，同時藉由Internet的推廣，配合國家資訊通信基本建設之實施，提高政府整體行政效率與品質，建立國家競爭優勢。又依據全國經濟發展會議90.01.06~07，以簡化土地變更流程，以利建立招商機制，依據第四屆全國工業發展會議90.05.07~08，規劃產業未來發展願景之目標，建立工業區開發管理供給及需求基本資料庫，並提供外界上網查詢，提供適時、適地、適價、適量及工業生產環境等資訊，以促進工業區之發展與利用，達到管理通報之效益。
