都市設計是都市計劃的元素，它的功能在於整合建物之間的一致性，所以大規模開發的規定往往成為都市設計內涵之一。區段徵收是有效取得公共設施之土地開發方式之一，地主可以領回部分的土地是區段徵收重要的精神。由於地主可以領回部分土地，因此都市設計的相關規定便會影響到區段徵收推動的成效。本研究旨在整合都市設計與區段徵收兩者之間衝突的地方，期使區段徵收工作能有效的推動，又能達到都市設計的目的。 Urban design is the element of urban planning, which functioned as coordinating building type, color, and volume. Therefore large-scale development regulation is the element of urban design. Zone expropriation is the method of land development, which effectively obtains public facilities. The spirit of zone expropriation is to offer landlord the advantage of take back some land during land development process. However, urban design regulation might disturb the effective of zone expropriation, which means the landlord might not take some land. This study is trying to integrate the conflict between the urban design and zone expropriation. Moreover, to improve the performance of zone expropriation, and to achieve urban design goals as well.
