    Abstract: 本計畫擬藉由已設立運轉之核能及火力發電廠進行社會經濟影響評估，評估的結果可用以驗證現今社會經濟影響評估所普遍採用的評估方法是否具有足夠的準確性與可行性，以提出最適合電力設施社會經濟影響評估的項目與方法，評估的結果也可用以建立臺灣電力設施對部分社會經濟項目的影響函數或模式，供未來其他評估工作之引用。 本研究的目的為下列三者： 1.完成核一廠及核二廠之社會經濟影響分析。 2.完成台中發電廠之社會經濟影響分析。 3.提出電力設施之社會經濟影響評估的項目與方法。The purpose of the research is to identify appropriate items to be included and methods to be used in socio-economic impact assessments for power stations in Taiwan. We first assess the socio-economic impacts of two nuclear power stations and one thermal power station in Taiwan. Then the assessment results are used to testify whether the existing socio-economic assessment methods are of enough accuracy and practicability.
