    摘要: 1. 對農業用地興建農舍辦法提出建議修正條文, 並提供修正說明; 2. 檢討農業用地興建農舍辦法相關解釋函令, 針對不適用者於舉辦座談會後建議停止適用; 3. 提出整合型機能方向建設農村之策略.
    The policy of farmlands own by farmers and farmlands for agricultural use has been changed to releasing farmland own by farmers and implementation farmland for agricultural use since the revision of Agricultural Development Act in 2000. Then the government introduced the Measure of Farm Building on Farmland and the Measure of Encouraging and Assisting Cluster Farm Building. Many people ask to review the above two measures and argue that the implementation is inconsistent with the provision of Section 18 of Agricultural Development Act –don’t affect the agricultural production environment and rural development. In addition, The Bill of Rural Regeneration has been passed first reading. There is need for an integrated mechanism for rural development. The specific objectives of this study are as follows:＜BR＞1. To provide the suggestions for the revision of the Measure of Farm Building on Farmland.＜BR＞2. To review the explanations of f the Measure of Farm Building on Farmland and provide the suggestions.＜BR＞3. To propose an integrated mechanism for rural development from the viewpoint of agricultural management.＜BR＞
